At the Woodstock and Area Community Health Centre, we focus on the health services our communities need to stay healthy and prevent illness. There are many ways you can get involved:
- Sign on as registered client if you currently do not have a family doctor and are experiencing mental health challenges, or struggling with addiction or are a family with a low income, or are an isolated senior or are a youth experiencing challenges
- Participate in an educational program
- Become a member
- Volunteer your time and talents.

**When life hands you lemons....make lemonade. A Recipe for Lemonade: How to Manage Stress. A workshop on Tuesday, February 7th from 2 - 3:30 pm at WACHC.
