As an extention of the drop in group held at Beginnings Pregnancy Center (on Wellington Street) on Tuesday afternoons for pregnant and new young mom's; 

Angie the Dietitian is now available to offer a much awaited COOKING GROUP!  We will focus on:

• basic cooking skills,
• feeding families on a tight budget,
• meal planning,
• budgeting,
• grocery store tips,
